: THE PROGRAM
Uncovering untapped potential, the 8 Week Performance Elevation Program is designed to give you greater insights into how you naturally think, feel and behave. Leveraging these insights will provide you with greater alignment in work, life and play and accelerate your productivity, goal achievement and overall momentum.
It bridges the gap between personal and professional development, building awareness around innate talent and addressing cognitive biases. It will show you how to be more productive, operate at a higher performance level and ‘hack’ optimal effectiveness by utilising core strengths.
: WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES
The program is conducted over 8 weeks. This timeframe gives enough time in between one-on-one sessions for new strategies and tools to be tried and tested, and shifts and reframes to occur. The program includes access to the CliftonStrengths assessment, x3 (three) one-on-one coaching sessions (either via skype or face to face depending on location), co-agreed action plans and interim check-in and implementation boosts.

The 8 Week Performance Elevation Program is for high functioning, high performing people who want to take themselves to the next level.
To achieve maximum success participants must:
- be open and willing to enter a coaching relationship,
- be open to a level of self-reflection to recognise unique talents and how to leverage for maximum effectiveness,
- be amenable to setting goals with a growth mindset, and
- be open to the idea that potential is limitless we simply need to aim it correctly.
