In an example of external environment, Kerry D talks about how she used to use the City Circle train line in Sydney whenever she was homesick as a backpacker to take a quick trip around Sydney harbour as a ‘mindset reset’ to remind her of why she was in Australia and doing what she was doing at the time.

Dr M then talks about how in her work as a Chiropractor she works on aligning the brain/body connection to ensure the internal environment is in peak condition and ready to accept momentum.
